Hi, I am new to forum and need help on AC200MAX.
Bought last May, it is installed off grid at a remote location with 750W solar panels, (max production at Summer 550W) and used mainly for keeping a refrigerator (small one) and 2 or 3 led lights.
Vey often, it turns AC Off and does not turn it automatically On.
Whenever I check, the batteries are sufficiently charged and AC load almost 0W.
Anyone had the same issue?
Version ARM v4008.05, DSP v4005.07, BMS v1017.02
Hi,
Here are a few steps you can try:
- Please try turning off the ECO mode.
- Check if the machine ran out of power during use. If it did, it will automatically shut down, and the AC/DC output won’t turn back on when you recharge it.
- You can also enter the Data interface and check the Alarm history for any historical error codes.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to ask!
Thanks for the immediate reply. I will check what you recommend when I get on site.
The issue is only for the AC output, the DC output won’t turn Off. Is there a way to automatically turn the ac on again?
There is no easy way to turn on automatically the AC output…
However, in your case, I understand that your AC200 max is never empty, the issue is to prevent your AC200MAX from turning off the AC output (to save energy) when your AC outlet (on your AC200MAX) is not in use (when your fridge pump is not working).
To do this, apply BLUETTI-Admin’s recommendation " 1. Please try turning off the ECO mode." !! This should work !
