AC200L trouble

WIFI WIFI! I can’t get my new AC200L to log into my WIFI network. Have reached out to company they keep telling me to do the same things I have already done. They don’t seem to read the email or it’s a bot. I have updated firmware, deleted app, reinstalled app. confirmed wifi is on per P7. Double triple checked network and password. Just get unable to join network Is there some trick they are not sharing? Can anyone help with something more than a bot answer. I am using a Deco mesh 2.4GHZ have lots of thing logged on to network except this new Bluetti.

You might also try logging out of your account and connecting in offline mode via Bluetooth to see if that works. If you can connect this way, it could indicate an issue with your phone’s network signal, as a stable connection is needed for device binding after logging in.
