AC200L to B230 - correct cabel?

Hi Bluetti team,

I guess its easy to answer for you but I haven’t found a clear answer here in the forum or in the system manuals:

- Which cable is the correct one to connect the AC200L with the B230 extra battery?

Sorry, if I miss somewhere this information…

Thank you,
Roland

@Some
The AC200L connects to the B230, B300, or B300K using a P090D/P090A cable (there is no difference between the D and A ports; both ends of the cable must be the same).

Thank you for the very fast response…however, I simply can’t find this configuration anywhere. The P090a is only listed on some US-based internet pages but usually out-of-stock. A P090d-to-P090d I have not seen anywhere at all, even not in discussion forums.

I have exchanged my old AC200P against the AC200L via your service team but now all of a sudden I need this cable to reconnect my B230 to the AC200L what wasn’t necessary with the AC200P. Unfortunately the interconnectivity concepts of Bluettis battery expansions aren’t sustainable but costly…

Can you guide me to the correct product on the Bluetti page to buy it here in Germany?

@Some
If it is not displayed on the official website, you need to contact the support team to inquire about the stock situation, and the team will assist you in purchasing this cable.

Hello @Some ,

I don’t have the B230 battery, but I do have a B300k expansion battery, so I went to Bluetti’s site (US site) to compare them, and according to that site the P90D cable comes with the B230 expansion battery, just as it did with my B300k battery. You should have received the cable when you purchased the battery, even if you didn’t need it for your previous AC200P.

Thank you, hnymann for your response. According to the user manual you are right. I bought this unit via Amazon (PowerOak Germany) and at least I don’t have it in the box, which I kept after my purchase. Might got lost because not needed for to connect the B230 to the (older) AC200P.
At least, now it seems to be impossible to get the cable from Bluetti or via any other internet shop. That is really strange but proves that all these proprietary money-making plug-cables are disadvantageous for consumers already after a very few years, what is called obsoleszenz…

Well, maybe you tried already, but have you checked on eBay? There are two official eBay stores from Bluetti, and perhaps one would have the cable you need. It certainly is unfortunate that yours is missing! :slightly_frowning_face:
