I bought mine hoping to use it to keep my cable modem running during frequent short outages so I often hook it up to the station but after just a few hours the AC outlet just shuts off, even if it’s well powered up and I’m not overtaxing it in any way.
This thing is pretty much unusable. And it’s brand new. It wasn’t cheap either. Anyone else having this issue?
Hi @wynnyelle, We would like to know if you have already bound the Bluetti app. Please log in to the app and check whether the ECO mode has been turned off.
When the ECO mode is enabled, the AC200L will automatically shut down at regular intervals if the load is too small. If you don’t need this function, please turn off the mode.

Thank you for the reference pics. No, I do not have the app. I only have a dumb phone, and was told that use of the app is optional with Bluetti (one of the reasons I went with this brand). Is there a way to check for this outside of an app?
I think there is also a button combination to set it without the app, but not 100% sure.
