AC200L PV UPS Relay Fault

I have an issue with a new AC200L where the AC output relay keeps resetting every 35 seconds when on grid power and PV priority UPS mode. Every time it resets, my AC connected loads de-energize and then re-energize a few seconds later.

Even if AC output is off, the relay can be heard to continually reset every 35 seconds.

I’ve used this all day off solar and battery, but now it has drained to my SoC limit of 20%, it won’t consistently pass grid input through to connected appliances as the relay keeps resetting.

Makes no difference if PV is connected or not.

Installed latest firmware yesterday when it was delivered.

I think to replicate the fault, set the unit to PV Priority UPS and have grid connected. Doesn’t matter if you have AC load or not.

Anyone else with the same issue?

Just for fun, how about selecting the “grid self adaption mode” option in the app and see if the relay stops re-setting. This mode is supposed to make the unit use less than good quality power but affects the UPS times I believe. If the clicking is a result of poor quality power this may help.

Hi Scott thanks for the suggestion, I like your way of thinking. I tried enabling Self Adaption and unfortunately no change.

@bluetti_infojuststunningcomau In your case, our technicians suggested that the AC200L should be repaired. Please contact the after-sale support for the warranty.
