I am looking to purchase an AC200L for my small travel trailer. I live in Arizona and am concerned with overheating. I am going to hook it up directly to the thirty amp and am going to try and rig a way to house the battery inside the trailer to keep it as cool as possible. I was wondering if anyone has had issues of overheating and if the system will shut down if there is a problem to protect the batteries?
Yes, the Bluetti’s will shut off the output if the internal temperature gets too high even with the cooling fan running.

In my opinion, the newest Bluetti Powerstation have a great cooling solution. Powerful and mostly very quiet.
If the unit gets too hot, for some reason, it shuts down with an error code.
