AC200L charging Elite 300 via Solar Input Port

First time post and thanks in advance for any advice you can give!

Can I use the 48V DC port on the AC200L to charge the Elite 300 through its DC/PV Input port (XT 60 i think)?

I have an AC200L and was about to buy a B330K exp. Battery, but for the same cost I could now buy the Elite 300 and gain another “portable” battery. The AC200L sits in my garage plugged into AC wall outlet and backs up the freezer / house refer / and assorted other AC power items if the power goes out (3-4 times a yr and usually for 12-24hrs).

If you want a response from the Bluetti team at the following to your postings @BLUETTI_CARE

However, Bluetti restricted the use of the 48V DC port, it requires the BLUETTI D40 DC-DC Battery Charger and has an output of 12V / 30A, 400W Max. DC.

It is a shame that the port cannot be opened up for other uses and the output controlled by the app, to me the D40 is just so unnecessary for some of us, direct access to the port would be so much better.

Hi @MoGarlic, thank you for choosing BLUETTI.
As @Teece mentioned, the 48V port on the AC200L is mainly designed for the D40 to charge car batteries. Therefore, it is not suitable for charging the Elite 300.
We also do not recommend charging between two power stations, especially using a smaller unit to charge a larger one, as this will cause energy loss.
If needed, you can charge the Elite 300 via the AC output port of the AC200L.
