As per below screenshots, SOC data, Energy Consumption & Daily Power Profile statistics have all experienced issues over the the past 24 hours after an initial '503 SERVICE UNAVAILABLE “Unable to find instance of blue-iot data” ’
Now i am getting no data at all. Screenshots below:

Could you please provide your AC200L’s SN number and current IoT versions? We want to fix this problem by upgrading the firmware.
