AC200L Bluetti Stats Issue

As per below screenshots, SOC data, Energy Consumption & Daily Power Profile statistics have all experienced issues over the the past 24 hours after an initial '503 SERVICE UNAVAILABLE “Unable to find instance of blue-iot data” ’

Now i am getting no data at all. Screenshots below:



Is anybody else experiencing similar issues at the moment, or is it just me? Happy to provide firmware versions etc. If Bluetti Support have a fix.

Hi @TRex888, Our product development team has addressed it by creating new IoT firmware.
Could you please provide your AC200L’s SN number and current IoT versions? We want to fix this problem by upgrading the firmware.

S/N: 2408001002206
IoT: v9041.09
Geography: Australia

Hi @TRex888, we have applied to upgrade your IOT Our IT department will push the latest version of firmware to your machine in 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

Firmware now updated & issue appears resolved. I’ll update here if it returns. Thanks for your quick response Bluetti Support :slight_smile:
