AC200L + B300. B300 light is flashing twice and not connecting to AC200L after update

@BLUETTI_CARE I updated my B300 through my AC200L using a new BMS 1021.10 that was pushed to me from Bluetti. After the update, it is now not connecting to the AC200L. The green light on the B300 is flashing twice after a few seconds of being turned on if it is connected to the AC200L.

In the Bluetti app, I managed to see the battery information screen for a few seconds before it disappeared/disconnected. I noticed that the Model line does not show B300 anymore, it is just blank. If I am quick, when I press on Check for Update for the B300, it says “Device model code is empty”. Here are the screenshots. What can I do next to recover the B300, since I can’t get the AC200L to connect with it anymore?

@aaron33 Can B300 be charged and discharged normally when it is not connected to AC200L?

@BLUETTI_CARE I tested and yes, the B300 will charge by DC input and discharge normally with USB and 12V output when it is not connected to the AC200L.

@BLUETTI_CARE Has there been any thoughts from your engineers on how to update the firmware if the B300 is not connecting to the AC200L?

@aaron33 With the AC200L and the battery pack turned off, please plug in the extension cables and then turn them on separately. Also, please make sure the cable is locked entirely.

@BLUETTI_CARE I just tried as per your instructions. When I plug in the extension cables first, then turn on the B300 first, and then turn the AC200L after that, I get the green light of the B300 flashing twice.

If I turn on the AC200L first, then the B300 also turns on by itself, and it also has the green light flashing twice.

@aaron33 If the extension cable was locked entirely, our engineers believe this may be a problem with the extension cable. Please contact the after-sale support to replace the cable to test.

I have an update after my local country Bluetti support took over my case. Bluetti’s engineers were correct. They sent out a new cable to me and now everything works like it did previously. Thank you Bluetti!

@aaron33 Thanks for your update.
