First time using new AC200L delivered 1/11/2024, while running a 6 amp refrigerator the front panel AC Output display field suddenly started showing all zeros but the refrigerator remained powered. Cycled the AC output inverter on/off several times, also tried rebooting the AC200L several times, but the “AC Output 0000” is always displayed regardless. Also checked the Bluetti app which always shows “0W AC” in the lower right corner of the screen.
Checked the History screen which shows “P001 HI E071”. I am guessing that this is referencing an error E071 on P0001 but not sure if I an interpreting this correctly.
Posting to the community to request their experience of how to best address this.
May I have the SN and the firmware version?
SN:
AC200L2343920124970
Firmware versions:
IoT is v9041.06
ARM is v2134.04
DSP is v2098.10
BMS is v1043.08
After the error is displayed, the refrigerator remains powered. So now AC200L can carry a load, but the display is 0W?
Yes, the refrigerator remained powered. The display showed AC Output 0000 and the Bluetti app showed 0W but the refrigerator operated normally.
This situation only occurs when the refrigerator. Can it be used normally before this?
This situation occurred approximately two hours into my very first usage of the AC200L. The sequence of events was this:
Fully charged the AC200L until the battery showed 100%. Turned off the AC200L and moved it into the kitchen area.
Powered on the AC200L and turned on the AC inverter. The display showed AC Output as “0000”.
Unplugged the refrigerator from the house power. Note that this is my main refrigerator which I use in the kitchen 24/7. It is about 3 years old and has always operated without incident.
Plugged the refrigerator into the AC200L and the front panel display showed the AC Output changing as the refrigerator operated normally (using between 100W to 400W approximately).
Checked the AC200L about an hour later and noted that the AC Output was still varying as the amperes being used varied. Also, saw that the battery available was now about 93%. All seemed fine.
Checked the AC200L about an hour and a half later, and noticed that the AC Output had changed to “0000” on the front panel and was no longer varying. BUT that the refrigerator lights were on. Opened the refrigerator door and saw that the inside lights and fan were running normally.
Puzzled by this, I turned the AC inverter off. The power to the refrigerator ceased and the lights/fan went off. Turned the AC inverter back on. The refrigerator operated normally but the AC Output showed as “0000”.
Unplugged the refrigerator and then turned off the AC200L. Let it rest about 30 minutes and turned it back on. Plugged in the refrigerator and turned the AC inverter on. The refrigerator operated normally but the AC200L from panel continued to show AC Output as “0000”.
The next day I tried using the AC200L with a small Air Purifier that I run in my home office. The AC200L AC Output never changed from “0000”. Tried it again with an Epson printer with the same result. The devices functioned normally but the AC Output always showed as “0000”.
Put the Bluetti app on my phone and ran through the same tests with the refrigerator, air purifier, and printer. The app always showed the AC Output as “0000”.
Noticed that there was an Upgrade function built into the app. Used it to check the firmware versions and noticed that the firmware on the AC200L was not the latest so I updated them and ran through all the same tests again with the same results: AC Output “0000”. It never changed.
This is a summary of everything that I have done with the AC200L since it was delivered on 1/11/2024. Thank you for your help with this issue.
Sorry, I did not see item 4 where you requested a video until I hit reply. I would be glad to do so but how do I send it to you? Can I paste it into a reply? Please let me know the best way to get this to you.
Have you tried using the AC200L to load a relatively high-power device? If the AC output power is less than 50W, the screen may show 0W.
Try entering the page of error history, long press AC, and clear the error code.
(how to enter the page of error history: long press the AC+DC at the same time, long press the DC three times)
@BLUETTI_CARE Thank you for your quick responses to my request for assistance! Much appreciated.
I tried your suggestion using a 1300W convection oven (after clearing the E071 error) and the AC Output did indeed show 1100W to 1320W usage. After letting the oven run for several minutes, an audible relay click emanated from the oven and the AC Output dropped to 0000W. When the relay clicked again the AC Output again showed 1100W to 1320W usage.
Using some small appliances I narrowed the wattage that will be consistently displayed to 48W.
I have no idea when the E071 error occurred or even what E071 refers to. This error is not shown in the AC200L manual but has not reappeared. It may have been from when the unit was manufactured and tested is my assumption. Regardless, I would appreciate it if you would tell me what this error code refers to.
With that thought, I need a sales receipt for my purchase. When I purchased the unit online through Bluetti, the purchase confirmation screen stated that an email would be sent when my order was ready. Two days later the unit arrived at my door (which was unexpected but great!) and I have yet to received any written acknowledgment from Bluetti of the purchase. I need this for warranty purposes and for my records. I would be grateful if you would send this to me.
In summary, the AC200L has a display threshold of approximately 50W. Anything below that is not shown. I took this as a malfunction when it appears to be design intent. I will state that I do not like this and was not aware of it prior to my purchase, but I can accept it as it does not impede how I will use the product. Therefore I consider the issue resolved. Others potential buyers may have a different perspective.
Thank you again for your assistance in resolving this matter.
Hello! You are correct about the power load showing as 0 watts when below a certain threshold. This is the case with my AC300, AC300Max, and EB70, as well as for my AC200L. I don’t have other manufacturer’s productions, but I expect the same behavior. Since I know they do this I have no problem with it. Even with your fridge, if the compressor isn’t running there could actually be zero watts used (until you open the door to see if the lights work! ).
If you are interested in the actual power used then I might suggest getting a plug-in power meter. Some of these track the running and average wattage used, and this is really useful for understanding how much power would be needed to keep equipment running, and for how long.
@fkls E071 means inverter group communication failure.
For the sales receipt of your purchase, did you buy from our official website? If yes, once you place the order, you will receive an email for the order confirmation to the email address you have registered on the website normally. If you didn’t receive it, you can check whether the email address is correct or you can contact our support and ask for the invoice.
For the display threshold, I am sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. For further problems, feel free to let me know.
Help! I recieved AC70. The new station is completely discharged. Error e071 is displayed. What should I do? Firmwear DSP v0. Why? STation is not charging !
Hi @xkot01, For this issue, we recommend restoring the AC70 to its factory settings and then restarting it to see if normal charging and discharging can be achieved.
Additionally, could you please provide the SN code of your AC70?
