AC200 Max Stopped Working

My AC200Max won’t turn on. It was working fine 5 days ago when I charged it to 100%. I then turned it off and let it sit unused. When I went back to use it today it doesn’t work.

When I press the power button the green light will come on, but the LCD screen won’t power up. I have no app control via bluetooth. I’ve tried charging it via AC power brick and port. I’ve tried charging via the solar port (with solar panel, AC power brick and 12V connection to car) which then turns on the green light but no LCD screen. No outputs work. Any suggestions on fixing it?

I know this sounds like a dumb question, but I only ask it because you didn’t specifically address it…did you tap on the screen after power on? Maybe it was stuck in sleep.
