AC200 Max mothballed

My Ac200 Max has been in storage for two years. It was put away with nearly a full charge. Never used. How do I now prepare it for emergency use?

Hi, the manual says :

How to store the AC200MAX?
We recommend charging the unit to 60-80% SOC every 3 - 6 months to extend
the battery life.

So I will try to turn it on to recharge it urgently with the ac dc adapter.
If it does not turn on or turns off quickly and you cannot recharge it with the adapter, try recharging via the solar input

Hi @bluetti_dheiseryahoocom, I agree with @Snips1’s opinion, please discharge & charge it every 3 months.

Please follow the steps below to recalibrate it:

  1. Please discharge all the power (charge AC & DC appliances with the power station) until the SOC is 0%, turn off the machine, and leave it for 3 hours till it cools down.
  2. Please charge it again, please do not load any device when charging it, and do not interrupt it while in charge.

Please let us know if it does help.

Here are some suggestions for storing the unit.

  1. Never store the battery empty, even for only a few days. LiFePO4 batteries might be unrecoverable if stored empty.
  2. Storage temperature: 0-40℃. Don’t let store the battery in a humid environment. Keep it away from fire as well.
  3. The optimal state of charge for long-term storage is 50%.
  4. The battery will slowly self-discharge over time. The battery should be recharged every 3-6 months.
  5. Don’t store the battery on its side. Keep it up straight.
  6. Don’t stack things on top of the unit. Don’t block the fan.

I also have a fully charges B300 connected to the AC200Max. Run them together for a complete discharge?

Hi @bluetti_dheiseryahoocom, Yes, it is.
You can recalibrate the AC200MAX by connecting it to the B300.

However, before connecting them, please make sure their battery levels are aligned.
If the B300 is already fully charged, please ensure that the AC200MAX is fully charged as well before connecting them together.
