AC180P usb-c works only when a cabel is inserted in a certain way

Hi,

I’ve recently noticed that usb-c in AC180P works only when the cable is inserted into the station in a certain way. I was expecting it to work no matter which side I inserted the cable. The port doesn’t seem to be damaged, I wasn’t using it much. Is there some way to fix it?

Does this happen with all USB C cables that you have tested?

unfortunately, this station has only one USB-c port. but I checked in our EB3A station and USB-c works there from both sides. and I also tested with different cables

Hi @jl_gala , We suspect the issue might be caused by a loose connection, leading to difficulties with USB charging.
Please get in touch with the seller to arrange for a repair.
