Hi @Pletenets, We have already applied to push the new firmware to you. It is typically completed within 24 hours, so please proceed with the upgrade tomorrow.
Yes, the new firmware includes a feature that remembers the AC output state prior to a power outage.
However, this firmware is unrelated to the fan and is unlikely to alter the conditions under which the fan activates.
We have forwarded your test results to the research and development department.
Thank you for your feedback, as it is invaluable for our further studies.
Спасибо.
Подскажите,а будут вообще заниматься проблемой работы вентилятора,или мне не стоит ждать каких то изменений в будущем в прошивках.
Может можно проверить там что то с учётом информации, которую я описал выше?
Спасибо
Hi @Pletenets, The current firmware indeed does not allow the fan to be turned on or off according to personal preference. It is unlikely that there will be a new firmware specifically addressing the fan operation time in the future.
The battery management system adjusts the fan operation based on the measured internal temperature.
We recommend placing the device in a well-ventilated and suitable indoor environment, and please do not stack items on the device to avoid dust accumulation.
This might be helpful.
Hi @Tezzabee, We have urged the technical department to push the new firmware ARM v2751.71 again.
They informed me that this new firmware is temporarily incompatible with other new firmware. After upgrading to this ARM v2751.71, your AC70 will not be able to receive other batch-pushed firmware.
However, if you need, we can help you revert to the original firmware, and then you will continue to receive other new firmware updates.
Hi @cappajet, The new firmware for the AC180P has not yet been completed and is expected to be released in March. Please wait till next month.
Please contact us at that time.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE ,
Thank you for all your help with this , contacting the technical dept etc. I think I will wait until the update is refined a bit more and doesn’t prevent other updates on the AC70. Could you let me know when that is the case please? Thank you
Hi @Tezzabee, Thank you for getting back to us so quickly.
We have pushed the new ARM2751.71 to your AC70, you can upgrade it whenever as you wish.
Due to the limited number of similar customer requests, it is unlikely that we will have other batch-pushed versions in the near future. I’m afraid we cannot provide you with a specific timeline.
Hi @Pletenets, We realize that you are particularly concerned about the fan issue, but we do not have firmware specifically for the fan. Therefore, we haven’t pushed any firmware yet.
Please note that the new firmware can only address the functionality of saving output settings. Are you sure you still need it?
Once confirmed, we will push it to you immediately.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE ,
I have tried out the update. I let the AC70 run til it shut off by powering my AC fridge freezer. Then I plugged the AC70 into the mains to recharge. At 5% it turned it’s AC back on automatically and began to power the fridge. It works just as it should. Thank you very much
Hello, @BLUETTI_CARE !
I noticed that in the Bluetti app for my AC180P stations in Advanced Settings there is now a choice of the item
System Switch Recovery (default - Disabled).
As I understand it, this setting allows you to restore the state of the AC/DC output after rebooting the station.
This is a great feature, it is very good that it appeared.
But when I try to turn it on, the Bluetti app writes about some Pro Mode and asks to enter a password for this mode.
What is this mode, and where can I get this password?
Hello @BLUETTI_CARE!
So this feature can now be enabled via app? Please allow AC200PL users to have it too (I have no System Switch Recovery in my latest Android app).
Thanks!
Hi @align24, Thank you for your feedback on the new app feature, it is very important to us.
To enter this mode, you need to input the advanced mode password, which is eight 8s.
I hope it does help.
Hi @snmya, Currently, AC200PL users can only achieve this by upgrading the firmware; the app’s accompanying services are not yet complete.
We have forwarded your feedback to the app department. They have a heavy workload recently, so it may take some time to get a response.
Hi @align24, Thank you for your feedback, we are delighted to hear that the issue has been resolved.
Your evaluation is very important to us, and we will share this good news with the app department.
