Hi. I have two Bluettie AC200PL and AC180P, can I have the same version of BMS/ARM/DSP to be able to configure the minimum required voltage of the network to be able to charge the station? Because the AC180P is not charged when the voltage is around 185, and the self-adaptation grid is enabled in the settings.
AC180P That I want to fix, if possible
ARM
v2089.04
DSP
v20888.04
BMS
v1039.01
AC200PL That works perfectly now, and does not require any fixes
ARM
v2140.05
DSP
v2130.13
BMS
v1056.02
Hi @apanchenko We have pushed a new DSP firmware version (DSP 208804) to your device.
Due to a version number conflict between the old and new firmware, we have renamed the new firmware version to DSP 208899.
Please note the following important points:
After receiving the update, you may repeatedly see an upgrade prompt showing 208804 → 208899.
You only need to upgrade once. The internal program will be fully updated during this single upgrade process, and no repeated upgrades are required.
After the upgrade is completed, please contact us. We will remove the firmware push record from our system, and the upgrade prompt will return to normal.
To ensure the firmware takes effect properly, please restart the “Grid Self-Adaptation” mode after the upgrade.
We recommend turning the feature off first and then enabling it again.
If you have any questions during or after the upgrade process, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to assist you further.
Hi. Thanks for the answer. I have installed the update once, but the version still shows as 2088.04 and suggest to update it one more time to 2088.99, is it okay?
I have also re-enabled the “Grid Self-Adaptation” mode as you suggested
Hi @apanchenko, Yes, a single upgrade is sufficient, so there’s no need to perform it repeatedly. We’d like to know if enabling Grid Self-Adaptation yields any results after the upgrade.
We’ve also reminded our technical team to remove the upgrade prompt for you.
By the way, please note that if you need my assistance, please @BLUETTI_CARE, otherwise, I might not see your message and be able to help you promptly.
Hi @energ1zerrr23, thank you for letting us know.
I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. If the new firmware is available, they will complete the push within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
Hi there @BLUETTI_CARE
So I checked for a few times and more now before this reply, I have no any updates for my AC180P. Could you check one more time and send it to me pls?
Hi @energ1zerrr23, now we confirmed that we have pushed the new DSP firmware.
Please note that only upgrade once. You may still receive upgrade prompts after the upgrade is done – simply ignore them in that case. Also, please notify us once you’ve finished the upgrade so we can remove the upgrade prompt for you.
Hi!
I received and installed an update, thank you for help!
I will check if it works when a voltage in the grid will be low again and in case of same trouble I’ll let you know.
