It doesn’t help me.
My problem is that as soon as the power station reaches 30%, it suddenly shuts off and shows 0%. I’ve already updated the firmware — it’s running ARM v.2089.04, DSP v2088.04, and BMS v1039.01.
Then, when the power comes back on, I charge the station to 100%. I use it normally, but again it drops straight to 0% the moment it reaches around 30% charge.

Error E001 indicates inverter overload. Please note the following points:
- Check what devices and specifications the machine is currently powering. If the total load exceeds the machine’s rated output power, it will trigger an error.
- If it’s an inductive load (like a refrigerator or pump), the starting power of the load may be very high, exceeding the machine’s surge power, which will cause an error. You can try connecting a resistive load of over 1000W to see if the error persists.
- Reduce the load or remove all loads and check if the machine still reports an error. If it errors out even under no load when AC is turned on, we recommend requesting a repair for the machine.
- Please charge the machine via AC and test if it can handle the load in UPS mode with grid bypass. If it works under grid power but errors out when off-grid, it indicates that the machine cannot support that load.
