Hi,
I recently got an AC180P which has mostly been great. Its running a 4G router and an efficient fridge off a 200-300W solar panel (supposed to be 300W). This combination mostly works well, and is situated in my off-grid neighbours’ cabin currently for security etc. I’ve not been there so much to check on its exact performance.
However, if the AC180P discharges overnight it apparently will not start charging from solar again until the power button is pressed? Does that sound right, or are we doing something wrong? I’m told a couple of times now that my neighbour has gone to the AC180P and its still at 0% after what should be a day of solar charging.
Also, is there any way for the AC180P to re-turn its AC back on when it reaches a certain %age say? This seems to be a common feature of regular solar controllers.
Thanks
Alex
