AC180P Grid Disconnect at 190V - Requesting Firmware Patch for Low Voltage

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE and @BLUETTI ,

I am experiencing frequent grid disconnects with my AC180P (220V version).

In my region (Brazil), the grid voltage often fluctuates and drops to around 183V - 190V. Whenever this happens, the unit stops receiving AC power and switches to battery mode, which is problematic for my home lab setup.

I have seen other users resolving this issue by receiving a specific DSP/ARM firmware patch that lowers the undervoltage disconnect threshold.

Could you please push this firmware update to my unit?

Device Details:

  • Model: AC180P
  • Serial Number (SN): AC180P2533001291323
  • ARM: v2125.05
  • DSP: v2126.03
  • IoT: v9046.04

I appreciate your help in getting this resolved.

Best regards, Weber Carneiro

Hi @BLUETTI ,

I would like to confirm that I received the firmware update and it worked perfectly. After the update, the unit is now stable and no longer disconnects when the grid voltage drops.

Thank you very much for the excellent support!
