AC180P fan mechanical noise – warranty and service question

Hi, @BLUETTI and @BLUETTI_CARE!

I would like to ask for your advice regarding my Bluetti AC180P power station.

Information about station:
Bluetti ac180p
AC180P2352000228491
All filmware versions are already up to date:
ARM v2089.04
DSP v2088.04
BMS v1039.01

Problem information:
One of the internal cooling fans produces a clearly noticeable mechanical noise related to the fan rotation itself, not airflow noise. This noise is audible even at low fan speeds and, in a quiet room, is more noticeable than the airflow noise, making it distracting during normal indoor use.

For comparison, I own several Bluetti power stations (2 × AC180P, 3 × AC200PL, 1 × Elite 10). Out of all these units, only one AC180P shows this mechanical fan noise. None of the other units produce a similar sound under comparable conditions.

I reviewed publicly available YouTube teardown videos of the AC180P, which indicate that the unit uses two identical cooling fans. Despite this, only the air intake fan in my unit produces the mechanical noise, while the exhaust fan operates normally.

Based on sound characteristics and visual observation, this may indicate a manufacturing defect of the specific fan. When shining a flashlight through the grille during operation, a slight wobble of the fan blades can be observed.

To document the issue, I recorded four short videos:

  1. Fan comparison between two AC180P units

  2. Direct fan sound comparison without pauses

  3. Fan behavior during different charging modes
    https://youtu.be/iXvp3W9bBhA

  4. Affected AC180P with the fan not running

Please advise whether this mechanical fan noise is considered a warranty case and if it can be resolved by replacing the faulty fan under warranty, specifically by the official Bluetti service center in Ukraine, and what the recommended procedure would be.

The power station otherwise operates correctly, but the noise is clearly reproducible and affects normal use.

Thank you for your support.
