AC180P does not charge and clicks several times

My AC180P working fine until today. I live in a region where the power is often turned off. Today, when the power came on again, I immediately connected it to the network, but there was no click and it did not start charging (the network icon was blinking). When I connected it after 5 minutes, it began to click 5 times without stopping, and it was display charging 000 and on the output it began to show inflated numbers of 800 watts (a refrigerator and a PC were connected, 150-190 watts maximum), and also began to cool down very loudly. I disconnected it and after an hour it began to charge normally.

Also at night, when the refrigerator was connected (90 watts maximum), it start to cool down very loudly and did not stop for about 20 minutes until I restarted it and it began to work quietly as in silent mode with the same load of 80 watts.

Tell me what could be wrong with it, is it possible that it has a bug, and why does it overheat at 80 watts? Thanks for Help!

Hi @Dark2106, We don’t fully understand the issue you’re describing. Could you please record a video of the malfunction and upload it to a cloud storage service, then share the link with us? Additionally, are there any error codes on your machine or in the app?

We will investigate the issue further based on the video and error codes.

Hi here is link for the video. There is no error codes on screen or apps. Yesterday it clicked when the Grid indicator was blinking, today it just blinks and sometimes clicks, but it cannot start charging. Or it charges for a couple of minutes and then the Grid icon blinks again. I assume that this is due to insufficient voltage in the network? 46.86 MB folder on MEGA

This was the first problem, the second is it normal that at a low load (up to 100 watts) it can start making a lot of noise like standart charge mode? This does not always happen, but it happened a couple of times. The refrigerator was left overnight, at some point it started making a lot of noise. Again, there were no errors.

some update: so now it started charging (in standard mode). takes 300 watts from the grid, and after 5 minutes it started taking standard 1 kilowatts

Hi @Dark2106, Thank you for the information and video you provided. We noticed that the Grid icon was flashing and heard the clicking sound, but we did not find the significant noise you mentioned.

We consider that the issue may be due to unstable grid voltage. The AC180P tried to charge previously but failed, which might have caused the relay to click.

For this issue, we recommend finding the Grid Self-Adaptation mode in the Advanced Settings of the Bluetti app. This should help resolve the problems caused by unstable grid voltage.

Based on your update, it seems the issue may have been resolved. Is that correct? And as you mentioned, there is no error code, so we consider the AC180P not faulty.

Thanks! Grid Self-Adaptation mode worked well for me!

Hi @Dark2106, Thank you for letting us know, I am glad to hear that!
