AC180P display malfunction

Hi, @BLUETTI_CARE , @BLUETTI !
I’ve recently noticed that on one of my AC180P built-in display shows all the symbols enabled.

The other AC180P doesn’t have such a problem.

The affected battery information:
SN: 2438000816752

IoT: v9046.04
ARM: v2125.04
DSP: v2126.04
BMS: v1048.05

Hi @cappajet, We’re sorry that there is currently no firmware available to fix this issue.
We would like to know if restarting the device helps?
If it doesn’t work, could you please locate the white label on the AC180P unit (i.e., the Serial Number)? We will then conduct further troubleshooting.
