Hello, have a problem with switching charging modes on a new AC180P.
When I change the mode to silent or turbo - nothing happens. Absolutely nothing.
Yesterday everything was working correctly. Would you please help

The same problem, help to fix this, because in my situation the selected mode is silent and there is no way to switch to another, and considering that the schedules of power outages in Ukraine sometimes provide 2 hours of light and 4 hours without - the station simply does not have time to charge.

мені також цей спосіб поміг, але змінити на інший неможливо, я так розумію що це після останнього оновлення програми яке було випущення 14.07 версія 2.3.3 на AppStore
Скоріш за все, а відкатитись на попередню версію якось можна?
I had the same problem and tried a factory reset but that only changed the mode to standard, I still can’t switch between modes. I’ve also tried turning the station on/off, reconnecting, reinstalling the app, but nothing worked out.
I also have a problem with the UPS function. My station shuts down completely when the grid power is removed.
Please help me to solve this problems as soon as possible because power outages in Ukraine are very hard right now and it is very important to have full control of my AC180P.

щойно сам оновився - дійсно запрацювало, враховуючи такі жарти - треба надалі мабуть не оновлюватись))
Дивно, в мене ніякої обнови досі немає, проблема актуальна. Друзі, у вас давно зʼявилась можливість оновлення?
Треба в App Store зайти і оновити саме додаток BLUETTI.

Стосовно цього не можу нічого сказати. Вона в мене зазвичай робить при нагрузці 300-400 ват.
Hi @smaly , I have requested the new DSP v2088.04 to be pushed. This will be completed within 24 hours. Please check if you received the new DSP v2088.04 in your Bluetti APP, upgrade the firmware, and test if the issue of the AC180P is resolved. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Hello all, Regarding the issue with switching charging modes, our app technical engineers have identified the problem. They are currently working on an urgent fix and it will be resolved soon. This issue is not related to the firmware upgrade. Once we release the new version of the Bluetti app, updating the app will resolve the issue.
