AC180 won't accept DC input.

I got an AC180 a couple days ago and everything seemed to work OK. Now I’m not able to charge through the 8mm DC (PV) input port. I’ve verified I have 12.5 to 14 volts at the 8mm male plug but when I pl;ug it in I don’t get the battery icon and no charging takes place. I do not have solar but I’ve tried multiple 12 volt cigarette lighter sources with and without the engine running with no change. I also tried discharging down to 70%.

Is my AC180 broke or is there something I’m missing?

@bluetti_terrydwatershotmailcom May I know if the AC charging works? If it works, I think the car charging cable maybe defective. You can contact support to change the cable to test.
