I was charging my unit via the BLUETTI 200w solar panels and was at about 17% charge according to the app. Later when I went to check I couldn’t connect via the app and the unit had shut down now it won’t turn on. I have had it connected to AC input for hours but still won’t turn on. Is this a known problem with an easy fix or do I have to send it back? The unit is only 4 weeks old……

After ur AC180 wont turn on again, did you try it to charge by AC and by Solar and see if one of the Outputs works? Seems like AC doesnt work.
Some Bluetti Powerstations have a fuse, that you can press on the the outside again. I not sure if this unit offer the same. Could be where the AC Adapter is located.

Hi @springtime4 , Since neither AC nor solar can charge and wake up the AC180, and upgrading the firmware hasn’t resolved the issue, it seems we must arrange for a repair. Please contact our after-sales customer service for further assistance.
