I recently got an AC180 last week. When using devices connected via AC on the grid, if the grid is disconnected, it never switches to battery. Regardless of if Grid self adaptation is on or not.
Is my unit faulty? How can I get this fixed please

@DavidOrakpo What device did you load with the AC180? Could you please provide me with the specification. You can try other loads to test if it works.
Make sure that the Grid enhancement mode is turned off.

@DavidOrakpo There is another point that I need to confirm with you. When the power grid is cut off, does the AC/DC output of the AC180 remain on?
