AC180 Turns off when charging

I use my AC180 on my boat as we have now shore power, It runs the boat great but and I leave the solar plugged in when I’m on board and it charges no problem.

When I leave the boat, I leave the solar charging but sometime in the evening the unit switches off and does not switch back on when the sun rises and hence does not charge the untit.

Sleep is set to zero.

How can I stop it turning off please so it charges when im not on board?

Thanks, Adam

@hartleyaj if you have ECO mode activated you should turn it Off otherwise the AC180 will turn off after little or no power draw after 4 hours.

If you don’t have ECO mode on then you may need to ask @BLUETTI_CARE about it as it’s possible they can push a firmware update with a potential fix.

Hi @hartleyaj, Regarding the issue with your AC180 not waking up and charging from solar power in the morning, we indeed have a new firmware that can resolve this. Please provide us with your SN code and current firmware version, and we will push the new DSP firmware to your AC180.

@Erebus 's response was very professional, thank you for your assistance.
