AC180 stuck on E114, no AC charging at any voltage after support firmware fix

Hi, I need a moderator to escalate this to engineering. This is a problem your own support/engineering team created on my unit, and only Bluetti can fix it remotely.

Background:
Before the DSP/firmware update pushed by Bluetti support, my AC180 charged perfectly via AC whenever the input voltage was correct. The only original issue was that under low or unstable grid voltage, the unit sometimes would not start charging. To address that, your support/engineering team pushed a custom firmware build to my serial to adjust the AC input under-voltage behavior.

The problem the fix created:
Since that build was installed, the unit constantly shows error E114 (low grid voltage) and the error never clears. AC charging is completely dead. Critically, I have tested it with multiple stable AC sources, including around 120V and 110V, and it still refuses to charge from AC in every case. This is no longer a low-voltage issue — after the update the unit will not charge from AC at all, even with correct, stable voltage.

This is a firmware fault introduced by the custom support build, not a hardware fault and not a real voltage problem. The E114 reading does not reflect the actual input voltage.

Settings already tested (no effect):

  • Self-Adaptive Mode: enabled
  • Grid Enhancement Mode: enabled
  • Silence Mode: tested
  • Full power cycle (PWR off, all inputs/outputs disconnected, rested for hours)
  • New Bluetti account, different phone, different region — no official OTA build is offered to my serial via Bluetooth

What I am requesting (a remote firmware recovery action, not general troubleshooting):

  1. Roll back the DSP/firmware to the previous working version, OR
  2. Push an alternative DSP build that clears E114 and restores AC charging, OR
  3. Remotely reset/recalibrate the AC input voltage detection parameters.
Your team has pushed targeted firmware to specific serials before (the AC180P fix), so this is technically possible.

This is time-sensitive: my battery is getting very low, and if the unit fully discharges I may not be able to receive or install a remote firmware update.

Device information:

  • Model: BLUETTI AC180
  • Serial number: AC1802450003136497
  • Firmware — IoT: v9046.04 / ARM: v2107.04 / DSP: v2102.05 / BMS: v1052.03
  • App connection: Bluetooth
  • Symptom: E114 on every AC charge attempt at any voltage; AC charging never starts

Private support introduced this issue and I have not received a human response, so I am posting publicly. Please escalate to engineering and confirm when a rollback or recovery build can be pushed to my serial. Thank you.
