AC180 Not working correctly. Short.

I am hoping that Bluetti Care sees my help message.

My AC180 is doing the same as stated in the above quote. I was using it for AC Backup for my laptop, which uses very little power. After a while the AC180 shuts down with a error and short message. I have not experienced any other house hold power issues.

I have had this unit for over 30 days so my Amazon return is no longer valid so I must now rely on warranty help. I’m hoping this message gets to the right department. If I have posted in the wrong area, would someone be so kind as to point me in the right direction, as right now I can’t use this expensive device for the intent I p purchased it for.

Welcome to the group @Edster sorry to hear you are having some problems. You can send @BLUETTI_CARE a message or tag them in the post they will pick it up now. Have you checked for any avalible updates for your unit?
