Hello I have the ac180 model and i use it for ups for my desktop computer. Recently during thunderstorms I would loose power briefly and the ac180 was not fast enough to keep the computer powered on. This has occurred 4 times recently and has not worked as a ups. My serial number is ac1802448000950644. The unit is always plugged in at full charge and the desktop computer uses less than 100 watts. There is no error code.
