I have a situation, I bought AC180 in USA and send it to my mother in Ukraine. I checked in USA everything was working fine, no problem at all. But when it was shipped, it doesn’t charge when she is connecting to the outlet. I guess because difference of voltage. We have 110v but in Ukraine it’s 220-230v.
Can you please help me what we can do so it will start charging from outlet?
Maybe someone had similar problem?

Hi @lichfb
You cant use a US Version for 110V with a grid thats 220V - 230V. You only option is to charge it by solarpower. Next Problem is the inverter of the US Unit. It will use different Plugs and also deliever 110V. That make it not compatibel with nearly all devices used in europe.

Hi @lichfb, We really want to assist you, but the voltage standards in the U.S. and Ukraine are completely different.
I agree with @Selfmadestrom’s suggestion to rely on solar charging. If you choose to charge using the grid, you’ll need to purchase a voltage converter, which introduces some risks and may cause power loss.
Additionally, if you’re running AC devices with the AC180, you’ll also need a voltage converter for the AC output, which could lead to further power losses.
