AC180 Grid Charging Issue: Turbo and Standard Mode

The AC180 unit developed an issue with the Grid charging options. In the Standard or Turbo settings, the charging numbers did not meet the specifications, which were met when I got the unit in early summer.
I notified Bluetti and got a response in less than 48 hou8rs. They wanted more information but suggested to get a software upgrade. I had recently checked on that but there was a new one I suppose. The upgrade fixed the problem entirely
I give kudos to the customer service. At one time Bluetti had a negative reputation with their support service but I had a positive experience, Grade A.
