AC180 DC Short Error

My AC180 is showing a RED DC Short error when DC button is selected.
The DC icon also flashes.
I had a low power 12V device plugged in the Cigarette Plug, removed it. Still has the issue.
Have tested the 12V device, unit is fine (works in my car still).
Pressed DC for a few seconds to switch off DC, after pressing the DC again, issue still exists.
Tried resetting the AC180 through the app, still no change.
The reset button on the side of the unit seems only for AC Resetting.
Another way to force rest the DC Circuit?
Called the Australian Phone number is the APP - Message to Email!!!

@scoop98 We suspect that there is a problem with the cigarette lighter. I suggest you contact the after-sales department for repair or replacement.

I have, they have said since I bought it off Bluetti_au ebay site, they would forward my issue to them.
Seems odd they would not help troubleshoot it.
I was under the impression eBay Bluetti_au was a shop front for Bluetti Australia and would get the same service.
I supplied all the sales info to the sale-au@bluettipower.com
I feel it will be a return.

@scoop98
Generally speaking, we recommend seeking help directly from the seller of the platform you purchased from. They can directly verify the status of your order. Once refunds and exchanges are involved, the resolution will be more efficient.

Of course, if you contact the customer service of our official store, they will also help you answer your questions or forward them directly to the corresponding person in charge. Each sales platform has its own dedicated support department.

Just as a long shot, might want to take a close look inside the 12 volt socket of the AC180 and make sure there is no conductive debris that could be shorting the sides of the socket to the center conductor.

Thanks. Have checked that
Courier is apparently picking up the unit tomorrow, so it will be repaired or replaced

Hope your problem can be solved ASAP.

Well no.

After Bluetti Australia saying it would be quicker to get Bluetti-au eBay to sort it out.
3 days of eBay messaging, eBay then saying it would be picked up today (Friday).
They then tell mejust an hour ago “We are sorry that we have a large number of orders to process every day and may not be able to reply to you in time. We checked with the carrier and they are unable to schedule a pickup for you today. Our weekend is a holiday. So we have to arrange to pick up the good for you next week. Sorry for the inconvenience.”
What a joke, organize to be at home today. No actual pick up date.
Only able to get in contact via eBay message.
At this rate, with Christmas soon, I’ll be without it for a month!
Call Bluetti Australia again, ask to speak to someone in the Sydney Service Centre. Told NO, email only.

Pretty pathetic service. Next day replies, no actual phone number for service and Bluetti eBay and Website conflicting advice and timelines.

Can anyone on this forum get this fiasco sorted?

TIA

@scoop98 I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I will forward your request to the corresponding department.
