Last day I found the display was crazy, I did not give it any importance and after a few hours it returned to normal.The next day, the screen went crazy again so I decided to upgrade.
After upgrade firmware, I turned it off completely and then turned it back on and continued to use it as a UPS on AC as normal. Just a few hours later the screen went crazy again and it has for 24 hours now. Check the video https://imgur.com/a/0Qlvoc6

Hi @corral it looks like you need to contact bluetti support @BLUETTI_CARE as I think it needs to be returned for repair unfortunately.
