Ac180 and Google Pixel 7 Pro and Firmware

Hi all,

Just received my AC180 today. Wanting to make sure it’s all up to date, I downloaded the app, connected to the device (scanned QR code) on my Google Pixel 7 Pro. All good.

Then I go to the firmware page. Download the firmware and then click start…

It fails. Rebooted the phone, reinstalled the app and so on. Same issue.

Tried my old Samsung S9+ and it works perfectly

So it’s an issue between the Pixel and AC1800. Anyone have the same sort of issues?

I believe it’s an Android 14 issue

Good to know, im on OneUI 6 Beta and was thinking about updating the BMS firmware too^^

Great thank you. I’d say it’s 100% Android 14 being the cause. Glad to know you guys are on it as I just received the AC180 yesterday

Yes, I had the same problem and updated the ac180 by using a tablet with android 12
instead of pixel 7pro with android 14.
thanks for noticing this issue.

hopefully this issue will be fixed soon.

is there an issue tracker to which we can subscribe so we’ll know when a fix is deployed?

@bsy For me its working. I update both my B300 with Bluetti App. Im on OneUI 6 which is Android 14.

@bsy I’m sorry there is no issue tracker currently. The R&D department has found out the reason. Mobile phones with the Android 14 system may cause firmware upgrade to fail. It is currently being adapted and it is estimated that this problem will be solved at the end of the month and release a new version. I will notify you if this issue is confirmed to be resolved.

@bsy @OzSteve @bluetti_watermelon1974hotmailcom @Selfmadestrom There is an updated version of the APP. The problem of Android 14 system firmware upgrade failure has been solved in this version. You can try upgrading the APP to the latest version and then upgrade the firmware again.
