AC series station in full DC-UPS mode?

HI!
Please, tell me, which AC-series station (AC200P-L or AC500) operates in full DC-UPS mode? To power my router. If the station is completely discharged after the loss of external power, will it automatically turn on the DC or USB output after the power appears, or should this be done manually?

UPS and DC are not related.
It needs to be manually switched on after a power failure.
