AC 500 won’t power up but when I try to turn the inverter on, it does turn the battery on. It will also turn the battery off, but the inverter will not power up. Any suggestions, I am going on vacation in 10 days and need it. About 2 months ago it worked fine, and I charged the batteries up through the inverter and it has been sitting in the garage since.
Couple of things to check:
Each side of the battery cable has a “lock” switch. Make sure each one is fully pushed forward or the system won’t connect. (That drove me crazy at first wondering why it wouldn’t power on.)

Does the AC500 show up in your APP at all? If it does is the SOC of the battery really low?

We wonder if you have connected the AC500 with the battery pack correctly. Please note that you have to connect and lock them to let the AC300 work. The AC300 is an inverter only and has no internal battery, so it will not work if not connect well with the battery pack.

Well, I thought by the inverter turning on the batteries that I had a good connection. Thank you St8kout for your help. I went back out and messed with the connection like you said and it powered right up. I can’t thank you enough.
