One of my AC 300 has been turning off and on the AC power output.
Unit is set in single phase mode.
This seemed to take a few minutes between the AC power cycles.
I checked all connections and still had issue.
I decided to load latest firmware that I had put off.
Same problem.
I did a power down and then on reset.
Same issue.
I had it set for PV priority. So I set it to UPS mode. as you can guess, same issue.
Then the AC output went off and did not come back on.
Now I am getting the “006 SPS voltage low” error.
Disconnect Grid and PV inputs. Battery at 99%.
The the alarm /error comes on then goes away, then comes on …repeat. Cycles quickly.
Power off then on, same issue.
Any advice or help out there?
Thanks in advance.
Still waiting to hear from Bluetti
@BLUETTI_CARE can you help?
@StingerZ16 Please try the troubleshooting ways
- Upgrade all firmware to the latest in APP.
- Disconnect all loads and restart the machine.
- If the machine is unloaded, reboot the machine is still reported short circuit error, you need to email support team to return the machine for repair.
All this was done when problem first appeared.
problem evolved to not powering up correctly.
Screen flashes on and off quickly with relays clicking.

My AC 300 just had the same issue! It happened yesterday and I contacted tech support waiting to hear back. Did you get any help with fixing this?
I’ve only had mine for a year so I hope I can find a solution!
Yes, I am now sending it back with RMA.
Just for perspective.
I submitted a ticket on Sunday.
First response was Tuesday AM
Back and forth a bit (same questions as above)
RMA Friday - I shipped unit back for “repair”
I can keep you updated on how long that may take.
It seem that the tech support is over seas and I get responses like 2AMor 3AM PST.

Hi @StingerZ16, thank you for letting us know the updated information.
Yes, since it is about hardware issue, to repair it is the best choice.
Please feel free to contact us if you need more help.
Thanks @BLUETTI_CARE ,
Is there a typical turn around to repair and ship back?
Hi @StingerZ16, normally, the delivery time is up to the express company, it will take about 2-7 days.
To repair it will take about 5 workdays.
Hello, all. My AC300 just failed with the same error. Got two units so as to operate a 230 volt water well pump. These are March 2023 units. Waiting further instructions from Bluetti. Phone troubleshooting failed to correct problem. I am now concerned about the second unit as it may develop the issue.
I just saved a unit with this very issue, I had to replace a small 1000uf 25 volt capacitor near the SPs connectors on the main board behind the outlets. Removing the main board is too much of a pain in the ass so rip the capacitor out from the top and add some solder to the remaining nibs to install your new capacitor without removing the board.
One of my AC300’s started giving me the “006 SPS voltage low” error. I’ve followed every suggestion and step mentioned here. The error starts as soon as I turn on A/C output or D/C output. Like others here, the faults began with an A/C output interruption sporadically causing all my devices/load to shutdown. Then the faults came more often until finally the fault appeared every other second with relays clilcking and screen flashing.
If I turn off A/C and D/C output, the faults stop. Not much use this way, eh? I was just about to buy a couple more B300 batteries, but…not so sure now.
I, too, have a second AC300 I bought at the same time; now, I’m worried it will start having problems soon.
Bluetti Admin, unless you have a solution I can try, I’m afraid I will have to RMA the head unit to you for repair/replacement. Please tell me what I have to do to get this done. I believe I’m still under warranty.
Of course, I JUST threw out the boxes last month…sigh
Thanks in advance!
