AC 300 not charging off generator

So I have two AC 300 and I charge them in bad weather with a Honda EU 2000 inverter generator. But today one of them will not charge and keeps giving an alarm of 057 grid voltage high, 058 grid voltage low, 068 grid flicker.
If I charge the same AC300 with my honda EU500 inverter generator there is no problem.
I am using the same extension cord.

Hi @Yazz, For this issue, please first check if the AC output voltage and frequency of your AC300 are set correctly. For example, if you’re in the U.S., it should be set to 120V/60Hz. Does this help?

If not, please log in to the Bluetti app and update all firmware to the latest version. Then go to the Advanced Settings in the app and enable Grid Self-adaption mode.

Please let us know if this resolves the problem.

I will try this tomorrow. I have charged this same unit with the same generator before.
I’ll let you know.
Thanks

I would check the output specs on the Genny EU2000, as there is no issues with the EU500.
The AC300 is very particular to voltage and “Frequency, Hertz, Cycles”
If the voltage and Frequency is not at accepted parameters then the AC300 will not charge.
If you search this forum you will find that this has been discussed with other generators.
One solution is to put a “load” on the generator 1st before plugging the AC300 into the generator.
You might have to experiment at what the load size should be.
Just an example, My Onan 4000 RV generator with a load (1200 watt space heater) charges the AC300 at 15 amps fine.

So I am now able to charge from my EU2000. I did nothing as far as settings go but now I cannot connect to the internet on either of my two AC300.
Bluetooth works but no WIFI.

How do I update all firmware?

Hi @Yazz, Recently, we’ve been working on integrating the app accounts with our official store accounts, and during this process, we encountered several technical issues. The large volume of data involved caused a server crash.

We are glad to tell you that our technical personnel have successfully resolved the issue now. WiFi login functionality has been restored. Kindly verify on your device and let us know if it works now.
If there are any persistent issues, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you all for your understanding.

Thank you for @bry899’s kind advice!
