I see that the 25 amp RV cord has only 14 awg wires. Has that been a problem with overheating or shorting out?
I dont know what cable you mean, but the aviation port for 12v has two holes which receive 10 guage solid perfectly.
As per your question, the longer the cable, the more you need to be concerned about gauge. You can find voltage drop calculators online, but for this application, it is a short run so i wired the 10 wire directly from the bluetti to the rv battery box.
