AC 200L not charge

Hello, I live in a campsite. In my trailer And it is difficult for me to recharge my ac200l Sometimes it works, other times not at all I am connected to 30 Amp and my bluetti is plugged into a 110v wall outlet Could this be due to the bad current at the campsite?

Hi @Duc, For this situation, please first ensure that all firmware of the AC200L is updated to the latest version.

Next, please log into the Bluetti app and check the AC input icon. Is there any input voltage displayed?

Try switching to UPS mode and enable the Grid Self-Adaptation mode through the app. Does that help? If not, please attempt to lower the maximum AC input current for the AC200L in the app’s Max Charging Current settings.

Additionally, could you let us know if there are any error codes displayed on the screen? If these steps do not resolve the issue, please provide us with the SN number of your AC200L, the country version, and the DSP firmware information. We will try to push a firmware update to resolve the problem.

Yes, but without any detail regarding what you are seeing on your end when the issue occurs it would be difficult to guess at your issue.

Good Morning, a just buy one of this product yerterday and can not charge, the error code is E117 and in the display the word GRID is continuously flashing, I have the lastest versión of firmware, if you can help mi please… I an using GENERATOR CHARGING in this case.
My country is Spain, from Madrid.

Hello Tito:
In the user manual for the AC200L, it recommends to use “Grid Self adaptation mode”. If using an unstable AC Input like using a generator.
This mode ensures that the AC200L has stable AC power input and is supposed to eliminate any voltage fluctuations etc.

E117 should be Grid Oscillation, which can happen when using a generator. So like Liberty said, turn on Grid Self Adaptation mode in the app.

I did it all but the code still continues. I am in touch with technical service in Spain to try to solve this problem.

Thanks to all of you for your answers.

Many thanks for the information, I did it, but it didn’t works, I am still in touch with BLUETTI technical service to be able to have a solution

why not try not using the generator and connect to normal household power to see if the issue goes away. If it does, the problem lies with the power output quality of your generator

before use de generator I connected de AC200L to household and it works perfecly, so the problem is in the generator. The power output of my generator is 16A, it could be de problem, I do not know really.
