AC 200L just will not charge from wall outlet at home

1)I only want to connect it via Bluetooth.In my devices it says offline ,not connected to network.Came charged at 55%?
2) Yes bluetooth is on on android and bluetti bluetooth (icon is not flashing)
3)Should it not automatically begin to charge once I connect it to the wall outlet!
4)In setting mode should it be in PO3 mode to charge from wall outlet?I cant get the bluetooth icon to be PO3 ,it goes to PO6 with btooth icon only
5) Ac and USB discharge work.Dont have any PV
I have reinstalled app but still no good.Shut down phone ,shut down bluetti .NO good.
Nothing will get it to charge

@mikejc73pgmail.com Could you please take a photo of the screen? Is the icon of Bluetooth ON?
The inability to charge may be caused by the UPS mode you set. After connecting to Bluetooth, you can try to restore the factory settings.

Its working now after I also got in touch with Bluetti.Thank you for your reply and desire to help.Much appreciated
