I own a Bluetti AC 180. I wish to use it to power some small DC devices that do not draw a lot of power. When I leave it on and draw about 20 watts (12 volt DC through the cigarette lighter port), the unit shuts down after about 3 hours. I have to restart it manually. Then it runs again for 3 hours and shuts down again.
My settings:
AC1802530060750737
I0T v9046.04
ARM v2107.04
DSP v2102.05
BMS v1052.03
ECO mode is off for both AC and DC
Screen Sleep setting is NEVER
@BLUETTI_CARE I was having same issue, ECO mode off ,screen off after 1 MIN, As I was wanting to monitor my AC200l from my workplace, my current update is, v1043.13
thank you
I have insured that all the software is up to date.

On a low wattage (15 watts) constant 12 volt DC draw using the cigarette lighter port, the DC portion of the AC 180 shuts down after about 3 hours. The AC, if I am running something, still operates.
Thank you for your inquiry. I have checked the delivery information for your prize, and we sent it to you in February 2025. Here is the tracking number from that time: J&T CARGO: 200839967486.
There are no other historical errors. This is a relatively new unit. It was sent as a replacement for my original purchase. My original solar generator did the same thing and tech support decided to replace it with a new one. The exact same thing is happening. This appears to be some sort of software/hardware defect.
I listed it above. It has not changed

I purchase it through Bluetti. The first unit had the exact same issue. I returned it and they sent this one. Exact same problem. I have read reports from others with the same issue. Are you certain there is no software issue with the AC 180? I don’t believe I want to keep returning items hoping to get a “good” one. Thanks
@BLUETTI_CARE , I tested a few different things to rectify the shutting down of my AC200L, not sure if this is an issue, the ECO symbol is on(display)but the app says ECO is off, , the other day I left A/C on and plugged in coffee maker, was drawing but no watts showing on display, I think the unit has to have some sort of draw for not to shut down, unit is working great , I can monitor it away from the fort. there was never any error codes, I think it was operator error, LOL
Hi @JimyFX, Thank you for the update! It seems the app hasn’t synced the ECO mode information. We recommend turning off ECO mode directly via the physical buttons on the AC200L.
In the Setting Mode, press the DC Power Button to navigate through the setting items.
When the ECO icon flashes on the screen, press the AC Power Button to enable or disable the ECO Mode.
