A Happy Ending

Short story long:

I have been a Bluetti fan ever since I decided on my first purchase a year and a half ago.

Since then, I have continued increasing my battery storage and solar powering capabilities.

So I was rather dismayed when one of my main Bluetti batteries started performing out of the norm’s.

I posted a little bit about my issues on then forum when out of the “BLUE” the Bluetti Care monitor got in touch with me and got Bluetti service to send me a P M.

The service people wanted me to send in documented reports and pictures of the problems, which I was able to prepare for them. With that info in their hands Bluetti service and Bluetti customer service go back to me with BAD NEWS, please send your battery back for further examination “oh great” and once we receive your machine we will be sending you

A BRAND NEW BATTERY. Yippee.

So I would like to say thank you, Bluetti Service (Grace&Tony) and the Bluetti Care Monitor who got the ball rolling and for taking charge of my battery problem and with absolutely no cost to me, I just shipped my battery back to Bluetti and as soon as they received it they sent me another brand-new battery.

So a very stressful situation with having a problem and not knowing what will happen, to a great service team and a great warranty plan that saved the day.

Same very positive story for me: replacement of an AC200max and a D050s (in Europe) : everything went well !

Thanks for the information on your experience. I myself have had had my AC200 Max and 2 B230’s for almost 2 years now and although they have worked with no issues, its nice for someone like me to hear others experiences and know that Bluetti is there for us.
