30A Hughes Power watchdogs on AC200MAX showing E7 error code

Hi, I have a AC200MAX w/ B300K trying to work out as an off-shore power source. Every time I plug my TT-30 on the AC200MAX, it does not drive the automatic transfer switch to switch the power source to the AC200MAX. I tried with my Hughes 30A Watchdogs surge protector, but it gave a E7 error code (missing ground connection) and turn the face in red, that I cannot even use it at all. How can I create a ground for the AC200MAX?

Hi @jingwang888, It seems your load requires grounding.
The AC200MAX uses a floating ground design. Please don’t worry—our product is equipped with a BMS (Battery Management System), which will trigger self-protection in case of overcurrent or overload.

We assume you are a U.S.-based customer and currently off-grid—would that be correct? If your device requires grounding, you can purchase a neutral-ground bonding plug. Please refer to the following link for purchase.
