200V2 Awesome silent! (and some questions)

Hi, i just received the unit it is extremely quiet. the AC180 was noticeable but not annoying, but the 200 is night and day. great job!

By other hand, I have some light questions:

Physical buttons
First and most important, can you please request for a future firmware update, a secure “AC” button protection? If the display it’s ON (like I want to) any light touch shuts down the AC output.

Sleep Mode:
Perhaps the translation is a bit confusing. What I want to understand is that this disconnects AC/DC output if the SOC drops below the threshold, correct? I understand that this prevents the battery from discharging completely and you can still operate it remotely as it is still active. However there are 2 text in the app that contradict each other.
First

Sleep Mode allows remote power-on via the app

Then

The unit will shuw down to preserve power. Remote power-on will not be available

Can you clarify this?

Grid input Current:
There is a warning in the app that shows

Before proceeding. make sure that Silent Mode is turned off

However, I have the Silent Mode turned ON and the Current limitation is working correctly. Is this a bad warning or should I necessarily deactivate the silent mode? I would like to charge max at 2A while keeping silent on

That’s all for the moment, great job with this design and so far I’m really liking the performance.

There was a thread about this SLEEP MODE here:

Quote: “After enabling this feature, the Elite 200 V2 will enter Sleep Mode after being unused. It can be remotely awakened and powered on through the APP. If the SOC is lower than the reserved SOC (State of Charge) value set in the Sleep Mode, it will shut down completely and can only be powered on by the power button on the device”

Thanks for the clarification. I understand now :grinning:

The behavior is as you described. It’s basically HEY DONT TURN OFF MY UNIT until you reach you this threshold. In prior Bluetti units if the power was on but the AC and DC ports were off it would completely turn off the unit after so much inactivity which prevented it from waking up. Now it will turn off, but enter a lighter sleep state instead of a deep sleep, which allows you to remotely wake the unit. Before you could not. You may however want to preserve some power (aka SOC) so you don’t wake up with a dead battery in the morning.
