Hi, my 200 v2 does not have sleep mode, while having the latest firmware.
Any advice?
Seems like a problem with firmware levels and functions between country models?
I tried another phone that did not have the app installed to test if the phone was the problem, it’s not… 
Hi @jurgen, Yes, we have a new ARM firmware that enables Sleep mode, which hasn’t been sent out in bulk yet.
Now I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. They will push the latest version of firmware to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
Hi, I did not receive the firmware update, checked just moments ago and stopped the app before retrying.
