2 sockets on the Bluetti AC180T do not work at once. Error E003. Serial AC180T2416000053904

Hi @FattalXWOW

welcome to the bluetti community forum!

May i ask how big you load is on one of the connected AC sockets while this didnt work? The sockets can deliever a maximum of 1800W permanently. If you already draw this on one of the plugs, there is no room for a second load.

Maybe you can give us some more details.

greetings
Erik

Refering to the manual , E003 means “Inverter short circuit”.

  • Check if the power consumption of your devices is too high.
  • Check if any of your electrical devices are causing a short circuit.

Hi @FattalXWOW , I agree with @Selfmadestrom and @Derceto 's suggestion.
Can you tell us the specific power of your devices? Maybe they are out of AC180T’s affordable range.
We recommend logging into the Bluetti app and updating all firmware to the latest version. Then, disconnect all loads and restart the machine. Does this resolve the issue?
If the Short error still occurs with no load, please contact customer service to arrange for repairs.
