12V Cord Won't Plug into Car's Two 12V Ports

Hello. My 180 arrived yesterday. While plug in to solar panel works fine, can’t plug the 12V (cigarette lighter) cord into either of my car’s 12V ports. The male end just doesn’t fit.

CMy car is a 2009 Ford Escape. I called Bluetti but they didn’t know why the misfit. Am heading to a local Ford dealership to have them look at it.

Anyone know about this or has experienced this?

Thank you.

Same problem with my 2016 Kia. Did anyone find a solution?

FYI - not all cig plugs or sockets are identical i.e. a standard size. Some are listed as heavy duty, but are still limited to 10A or 120W. The other point I can make is; I have a Toyota 4x4, it has 2 installed cig sockets. One in the front seat centre console and one in the 2nd row seat centre console. Some 4x4s have a 3rd socket in the rear cargo area.
The Total load for both (All) sockets is 10A, NOT 10A each. Which means if you draw around 8A from 1 to charge a power station, be very careful what you plug into any other sockets i.e. a fridge, as this will blow the fuse.
