That was fast! The prices were good as well here are my feedback notes.-
The manuals were released quite late, only a day before launch in the group which made it a bit difficult to plan. I am sure Bluetti had good reasons for that but it would be nice if next time we could have the manuals a little earlier maybe a few days or a week if possible.
Indiegogo was slightly confusing I couldn’t see the DC hub in the addons and I made a mistake with ordering because of it. It was not possible to add addons after or separately. Hopefully this could be improved in the future.
It wasn’t clear before hand that the shipping charges included Tax and customs charges etc. This led to a lot of confusion and even a bit of negativity. I think if it had been better explained earlier most people would have understood the reasons for it, and why it was necessary with the limitations on Indiegogo.
The Bluetti staff in the Facebook group and the Indiegogo discussion page were excellent and really active and helpful.
