Using AC300 24/7

For the AC300 units that could be damaged if connected to both grid input and transfer switch, I think the best option is to get it replaced by Bluetti under warranty. If the AC300 internally connects the input neutral to its output neutral (which seems to be the case), even if one (external) neutral path is disconnected, from the AC300’s point of view, both the input neutral and output neutral would still be electrically connected to the house/grid neutral (probably the same result would occur).

The AC500 looks interesting, and 10 kW (split-phase) output would be really useful (I found 6 kW to be sufficient to power the majority of the home daily usage, but it’s still quite possible to exceed 6 kW (or 3 kW on the same phase) if two high-powered devices are turned on at the same time on the same phase. But the significant cost increase of AC500 over AC300 makes such a configuration too expensive for me.
